COVID-19 Update
As the situation around COVID-19 continues to develop, DCS will provide options to deliver ongoing support to you during this unprecedented time. Every client will be provided the option of either face to face or telehealth consultations via telephone or secure video.
When attending a face to face consultation, the following hygiene measures are taken to reduce risk: all door handles wiped down with alcohol wipes, replacement clean client chair cover, hand sanitiser available.
Secure video sessions are facilitated by ‘coviu’ which is a secure software requiring minimum internet connection and no need for the client to download software.
Measures are being taken to help reduce the risk of community transmission of COVID-19 and provide protection for clients and health care providers.
DCS is committed to continuing support during these difficult times. If you are suffering financial hardship due to loss of employment, please advise Debbie or Sue at the time of making your appointment. Our thoughts are with everyone during this unsettling time.

Cancellation Policy
In respecting clients on the waiting list, cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a full fee (Medicare will not cover cancellation fees).
Clients who do not attend appointments without prior notice will be required to pay a full cancellation fee prior to a future appointment being confirmed.
